If the weather is good, the city centre is easy to reach on foot, although you will have to go through some seedy and rundown parts of the town. In bad weather, you will have to rely on the town's chaotic and badly-run public transport. The hotel is located away from main thoroughfare and is quiet. Rooms are of a decent size, and with functioning air conditioning, which can be very handy, as temperatures...
