"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was very nice. We had a broken fridge in our room and they replaced it the day we asked about it. They also fixed a squeaking door, and brought us towels and such without asking. The location is good if you want to go to the museum area, and easily walkable to trams and such nearby. If you are looking for a small boutique hotel, highly recommended. "

We loved the staff as they were always so kind and helpful for any of our needs including recommendations for the city, hotel service, etc. It was such a cute place in a really great area close to the museums and it wasn’t a far walk to the rest of the city.
