"Absolutely amazed with a fully functional sauna/shower in our room. Room was clean and tidy, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Little disappointed with breakfast as I would have preferred a full English breakfast but the continental breakfast had plenty of options"

"Hotel was just excellent. Location is great, right next to the main train station in Krakow, and a couple minutes away from the main/old town square. Hotel staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, and my partner and I got a free room upgrade. Room was excellent, clean, comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with our stay here, and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back. "

"A really nice apartment near the old town. A short walk to all the tourist sites, restaurants and the train station. check-in process was straight forward to do on our own, since we where arriving late. The train station was great to get to and from the airport and to the salt mine. It also had a shopping complex which was open late into the night, so you felt very safe for tourist using the train while we where there."

With a tube station right around the corner, LHR extremely cheap tube ride away, the excellent Maroush Restaurant across the street, and a tasty breakfast with one heck of a well-run bar,...

"Located just outside the Old Town it is great to visit all the sights. Clean, fresh rooms with friendly, helpful staff. We loved it. "

"Positives : clean, well presented, good size rooms. Negatives : Cooked breakfast was quite cold one day, not standard fried breakfast. Limited selection for other options. Bathroom made of glass and you could see into bathroom from the room. Could hear and see anyone using toilet. Staff spoke amongst themselves, but limited interaction with guests. A little too far from old town square."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great. "
