"El hotel esta ubicado en una zona de mucho trafico al lado de una avenida interestatal. Lo cual no facilita el regreso al hotel , esta un poco retirado de los lugares de interes . La habitacion es comoda pero un poco vieja ..... Hay parqueadero sin costo . Las habitaciones estan dotadas con aire acondicionado , Nevera y microondas. El desayuno es ofrecido en un area pequeña y un poco incomoda pero tiene lo basico . El servicio de staff es muy deficiente"

"The card/payment system was malfunctioning upon my arrival which delayed me settling in for the night after traveling & before business meetings the following morning, television/cable was out for the entire hotel for majority of my stay, and 1 out of 5 washers were working. This was determined after I attempted to use another washers. This required myself and other guests to manually transfer soaking wet clothing. Only one washer was labeled as out of order. Others had dirty standing water in them or would not wash at all. This led to wasted laundry product and time. Although there was a staff member that came into the area to mop up the water that dripped from wet clothing, I still had to go tell another staff member about the machines so that they would be properly labeled preventing others from wasting. Also, the amount listed on my receipt was lower than what I actually paid. That’s concerning and questionable."

"Breakfast ok. Requested gluten free and staff provided muffins. Asked to check in early and to leave after 12 pm checkout. Both refused. Stayed her one year ago with family for several days and staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough. Not so much this year. I do, however, love the large roomy suites. "

"I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel itself feels very outdated, and unfortunately, we had a major issue with our room. Our bathroom flooded twice during our visit, and the source of the problem was never identified. We did eventually figure it out when it flooded the second time. It was the sink and I’ll include the video. While the cleaning crew was kind and did their best to help, the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite the repeated flooding and uncertainty about the cause, we were never offered a room change or any real solution. Another letdown was the pool. It was advertised as a heated pool, but it was not heated at all, which was really disappointing. Overall, the lack of urgency and customer care from the front desk made an already frustrating situation worse. I wouldn’t stay here again unless significant improvements are made."
