"Pool cooled you off so well being in the ho"

"This Springhill is a bit outdated for the price. As well, the front desk staff was less than accommodating and honestly a bit rude. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere."

"The front desk person was very nice. The bed, shower and breakfast were good. The person working breakfast was on top of keeping tables clean and food refilled."

"The place is old, no maintenance at all. 3 bulbs broken, dirty towels, dirty carpets, etc. Paid $600 for a double room you expect at least to be clean. The entire property can be considered a perfect place to host a halloween party. Place is filthy. Chairs at the dinning hall peeling off, stained walls, and I can go on an on. Stay away from this place"

"Good kitchen area"

"Nice"

"Very outdated!"

"Good location friendly staff rooms could have been cleaner. Good value for the price."

"Dirty room. Socks were black from the dirty floor in my room. Black mold in door jam of bathroom. Front office staff knocked on door at 920pm."

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the floors were filthy, the countertops and nightstands were sticky, the sheets and pillow cases didn’t look like they had been washed. One of the rooms I booked reeked of smoke and I specifically booked two non smoking rooms. It was so bad I almost passed out. The door frames on the bathroom doors were so busted that we couldn’t even close the door. The toilet paper was soggy and we found bugs under the sink. Would not recommend this inn at all. I can send...

"The front desk staff were kind and as helpful as they could be, the room itself was pretty subpar. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose, the bed was not very stable and made noises when I adjusted in the night, the AC and fridge were very loud and made it hard to sleep, and the blinds didn't close all the way. These items, coupled with the fact that it's right off the interstate, made for a pretty rough couple of nights of sleep. I expected that a suite would at least have utensils but...

"Close to the freeway. Room is spacious but dated. Need better maintenance. No breakfast (only coffee) and no Wi-Fi as advertised. No clothes hangers and no trash cans in the room. Not sure what that’s about!"

"A welcome card in the room was a nice touch. Staff were friendly, gave information on local attractions both within walking distance as well as in the city. The pool area is quiet, few peacocks. One could easily spend the entire vacation at the hotel without stirring out! I will definitely pick this place when I return to Austin."
