"We stayed here before leaving for a cruise. Due to late flights and lost luggage we were not able to enjoy the beach or pool. Booking through Expedia does not include beach access according to the passive aggressive note left in our room. The breakfast was serviceable, better than most hotel breakfast in the US but not nearly as nice as most European hotel breakfast. It was a pleasant stay though and we would visit again."

"Not only were check-in and check-out painless, but the staff was super helpful in guiding me on how to get to Rome from the hotel. They also let me borrow a converter to charge my phone and held my luggage the whole day until I dropped in to grab it to catch my flight."

In camera ci era un frigo spento. Il bagno dire fatiscente è dir poco, le piastrelle del pavimento erano rotte, la rubinetteria da incubo ed il box doccia era con una tenda ammuffita e sporca. "I booked this hotel for a stay close to airport for a flight the next day. The room was a decent size and was okay. The rooftop pool looked great in online pictures - but they failed to warn hotel guests that there are additional costs to even use the pool (bathing caps and hotel towels costing 3€ each - so 6€ in total). If you plan to use the workout area, that also costs 5€. I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the basic amenities. Disappointed. The hotel shuttle also...

"You have to call to contact front desk staff for check in/exit. Staff were friendly. But it feels like a rooming house and is 30 mins from the port."
