"The hotel itself was clean and well maintained although it did look a little tired. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent. The breakfast was average for a 5 star hotel.
I would question the wisdom of showing a live football match next to the restaurant and bar, with the accompanying shouting and jeering for nearly 2 hours. Even the staff were getting annoyed with the mostly non-resident attendees as they flocked to the bar or hurried through the restaurant to have a quick cigarette. ...

"Our stay at Hotel Sevilla center was good. I visited for a vacation with friends and family for 4 nights. The Hotel is centrally located. Room was good but Hot water was not coming one morning in the washroom. After complaining at the reception several times, the Hot water services were resumed after 2 hours. Room was also not very well Illuminated."

"After checking in, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. I called the front desk but they were rude and didn’t care. They did spray but it as just household insect spray and we had more of them.
The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen in any hotel, and especially when this is a 4 star hotel. Only one person could stand in there at a time. The shower was ridiculous small & you had to adjust the water temperature standing by the sink because it was so tiny.
The room smelled...
