"Le lieu possède des équipements pour diverses activités (escalade, jeux, piscine...), il est arboré et agréable. Mais les logements sont assez rudimentaires. We were also put in an ADA room without being asked if that was ok and it turned out to ruin our experience at the hotel. "Sehr große Zimmer. Schöner Blick von der Terrasse in Richtung Stadt. Leider lebt das Hotel noch von der Substanz der 90er Jahre. Teilweise doch recht abgewirtschaftet. Das Mobiliar und die allgemeine Ausstattung bedarf einer Erneuerung bzw. Reparatur. Winziger und altmodischer Fahrstuhl. Das Personal einigermaßen ok, wenn auch sichtlich wenig ambitioniert. Eine ältere, grauhaarige Dame an der Rezeption war sehr herablassend und unfreundlich. Hotel ist einige Fahrminuten von der Altstadt...

"The hotel was very nice - clean with nice rooms. The staff were very friendly. Parking was relatively straightforward on the streets around the hotel. The pool area is small but very pleasant although only open 1200-2000hrs in May which was surprising. It is quite a walk to the town centre but there are lots of lovely areas to see."

"Lautes Zimmer direkt an der Rezeption. Schlafen vor 23 Uhr nicht möglich. Pool war trotz 25 Grad im Mai nicht geöffnet. Selbst der Garten war noch im Winterschlaf und lud nicht zum verweilen ein. Anbindung an die Stadt mit öffentlichem Verkehr nicht optimal. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar. Schade. Das Zimmer direkt an der Rezeption obwohl wir 3 Monate vorher gebucht haben hat uns sehr gestört."

"Nice hotel and well located in the heart of the Jewish quarter, close to many good shops and restaurants. Two primary issues - room would not cool at night. When I texted hotel staff, they informed me it was a government regulation. I researched this regulation and explained to them it did not apply to individual room, only common areas. They would never admit their deceit and were merely trying to save money. Hotel gym totally inadequate. My next hotel in Spain had plenty of A/C"

"Lovely hotel. Best part is the sauna which was an amazing experience, definitely worth 5 euros per room, as it was a private sauna experience. The staff were very friendly, and I would definitely recommend going there again."
