Even when I emailed to tell them we would be there at 2:00 they were still emailing me saying that if I didn't check in by 11:00 the day before they would consider it a NO Show. Expedia said they couldn't help with the check in. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I didn't have WhatsApp and had to have a friend in the states reach out in Italian. "We arrived earlier than check in and they were very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage and walk around town until check in time. Once we checked in, the room was a nice one with a balcony and some complementary things in the fridge…a nice touch. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly and explained everything very well. Unfortunately we had be get up and leave very early the next morning so we didn’t really get an opportunity to enjoy tu oo much in Fiumicino....
