"Do not go to this hotel: for 130 euro you don’t have breakfast, air conditioning. But you will have : bad odors from the bathroom and a lot of dusts because they are doing works on every level."

"Que des chaînes espagnols pas de YouTube ni Netflix, chambre poussiéreuse, presque personne ne parle anglais dans un hôtel..
Porte du balcon qui ne ferme pas.
Bruit d’une lumière dans le halle devant notre porte qui clignoter et fesait du bruit toute la nuit.
Suite à plus de 200€ la nuit je rapel, tout est payant dans le mini bar pas de bagagiste, pas de volet sur les fenêtres donc lumiere a partir de 7h tous le monde debout. Oubliez les graces mat."

"Muy limpia la habitación y zonas comunes.
El personal, amable. La ubicación, excelente.
Una pena no haber podido dejar el equipaje en consigna hasta la salida del barco, pues se nos indicó que a las 11:30 h (chek-out) se cerraban las puertas y dentro no había nadie. Y no hay recepción física, sino códigos para la entrada.
Lo demás, estupendo. Se ve bastante nuevo y cuidado.

"We spent one night in this hotel. my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment.
Several issues contributed to this negative experience:
• The room was not properly maintained: the laundry was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor
• The furniture was old and worn, which diminished the overall comfort and appearance of the room.
• We paid 170 euros for a quadruple room, and according to your website this rate...

"1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty
2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them.
3. No Kleenex in room
4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke
5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles
6. Floor is so worn out
7. No bellboy to help with luggage
8.I was told at check-in that buffet breakfast would be served until 11am. When I got there at 10:40am but was refused service. "
