"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit. We booked a room on a high floor, which offered a beautiful view. The room was good, and we would happily recommend this property to others. We also booked our car parking through JustPark, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Simple furnishings..very basic but functional. Bed and pillows were quite hard, but ok. The TV service was good, but the TV in my room was not fully functional (pixelated and crackling). Everything else fine. I liked the little kitchen (although please leave a dish towel!!). These are more like a short term rental/efficiency than a hotel room. Daily makeup service is extra, so it seemed very expensive for what it was, although everything was very expensive...

"Wir waren im Hotel für 4 Nächte. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Die Kinder und Enkel hatten ein tolles Zimmer und schauten direkt auf die Tower Bridge. Das Hotel ist schon sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es wird auch viel renoviert. Zum Teil sind die Zimmer renoviert. Aber ich glaube dass man da immer weiter machen kann. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. "Lovely hotel great location"

"Had a lovely stay here. It was very clean, quiet area to stay, the staff was very friendly, and the food was good."

"A good place to stay. Easily accessible to many amenities."

"Everything was great. The keypad in the elevator was finicky and did not always work. Check in which was promised at 2 did not happen until almost 3. That was very disappointing for a quick trip."

"Chambre impeccable, personnel accueillant, vue exceptionnelle, secteur calme et joli, je recommande !"

"清潔な客室"

"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."

"I got used to London hotels are not kept in best condition and the rooms are small. But not the Apex City of London! The room was big with big bathroom, it had a lovely smell. Massive window, great view. The staff was lovely amd vey helpful. I’ll stay again."
