"The property was fairly clean. The elevator didnt work and we were on the 3rd floor so that was pretty inconvenient. Then we stayed at a different Best Western the next day and they told us it hasn't been working for months. Breakfast was very good for being complimentary."

"It’s beside to a graveyard, you will only gate a view of this from the window. No elevator, smoke and smell in the corridor. Bad breakfast. Parking lot also has no cameras. Shady area."

"We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. "This Red Lion is conventient and inexensive. I stay there frequently when I'm working in the area. Having said this, there are some minor issues almost every time I stay. This time, the safty latch on the inside of the room door was busted out and completely missing. Also a pair of socks from a previous guest was left on the shelf above the coat hangers. "It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."
