"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

"Very close to lift with great dining option nearby. Breakfast was great! Ski rental site on-site and they store your stuff for you so just drop skis at door. We thoroughly enjoyed hot tub/sauna/steam room. Would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately, the two best rooms with balcony I was told were smaller. We had 3 in each room so opted for 2 biggest. It is a very short walk to lift, don’t think there is a closer hotel in 1850. "

"Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

"J’ai passé 3 jours à l’hôtel Alpeen et ce fut une excellente expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne !
