"I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest."

"It was ok for the budget, fridge didn’t work, kinda ran down, one key card didn’t work, odd smell but I put air fresheners in room so it worked out, shower was okish had to force it to work, internet was slow, but was ok. Close to French quarter and other amenities and in a safe area with free parking. Wouldn’t pay more than $60 a night though, had vip Expedia so it evened out. "

"Very clean. Super nice staff at front desk. Easy parking. Much quieter on this side of the French quarter but still easy to walk to Jackson Square, Frenchman Street, French Market etc. Also great location if you are visiting Bywater area."

"I had a terrible experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in New Orleans. The room smelled absolutely disgusting, like sewage or a sewer drain the entire time. The shower water pressure was extremely weak — barely any water came out, making it impossible to shower comfortably. The sofa bed was horrible. The mattress was completely worn out and felt like there was no mattress at all — only metal springs underneath. It was impossible to sleep on because you could feel every spring poking through. "Great little historical place close to everything. But away from the crazy of bourbon. Parking across the street, a cvs and other stores super close. A short walk to Bourbon street and Jackson square. It rained all weekend we were there so we didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice. Would definitely stay again!"

"This is a great spot if you like walkable in the French Quarter. As many places in the Quarter - it is very historic and unique - so don't expect a Holiday Inn - We will definitely be back"

"Amazing location, great service, the hotel itself is beautiful. We got the king bed room, the bed was comfy and the room was still dark in the morning so it was so nice we got to sleep in. However the room was super tiny but that didn’t really bothered us. The concierge was really helpful. The bar at the hotel was oir favorite from all, and the restaurant is also really good, we had breakfast there and it was great! Super recommend"

"The room was clean, the breakfast was pretty good, but only one elevator worked, and it would take sometimes half an hour just to get on it. With small children, luggage, and a room on the seventh floor, stairs weren’t always practical. The room did not get cool either. Staff gave us a fan, but we were still sweating. We were not able to sleep much or well."
