"Front desk was nice and quick to set me up with my room. The room was adequate and bed was comfortable. The shower head was the terrible part of the room. No water pressure and it came out scattered and sparingly."

"Clean staff and front desk accommodated me with everything I needed and sum….. worker love them very nice and let us know actually what we needed to know man at the bar was new and needed advice because I worked at a casino I let him know what he needed and how to really make his drink I feel that they need to really learn how to make drinks so that we wouldn’t have to go somewhere else to get them but he was new and I couldn’t complain he did what he could ….. and he helped us with our orders...

"Room was clean, quiet, and the location was perfect. Staff were very nice. The pool was small but a cute courtyard-type area. There was a coffee/breakfast spot right next door. The location cant be beat if you're looking for a quiet and clean inn central to the french quarter near jacksom square. "

"This was my first time staying at this particular Holiday Inn in New Orleans, the West Bank Towers location is always my go to, but the Harvey location did not disappoint! We were a little confused about the cleaning of the room request but our stay was awesome. I assume it was because of Mardi Gras but it was fine. Our room was cleaned on the last day of our 5 day stay. Thank you to everyone who made our visit pleasant and comfortable and a special thanks to Ms Debbie in the breakfast lounge....

"I absolutely love this place I stayed a while back here for 3 months solid daily and there very nice and quiet and they definitely make your stay a pleasant one whatever you need they are fast to get it to you . I just came back down here and I paid for my room It was way before check in time but I was tired and worn out from work just wanted a hot shower and a bed. They did not hesitate one bit they helped me in my room and didn’t ask questions. This is absolutely my favorite place to stay on...
