"The coffee maker did not work, the tub’s faucet constantly leaked all night long. There was blood on the floor in the bathroom. I didn’t know if I was walking on a crime scene, or a woman’s worse day. For breakfast I was one of the first people there. I felt like a child who had snuck out of bed and asked for a glass of water the way the staff treated me . I was scared to grab a muffin or some coffee. Everytime I grabbed something the staff was looking at me like I was in some sort of trouble . ...

"This stay was very comfortable. Great friendly staff and the rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms stocked as they should be. Very well built and maintained. It’s not dirty, no bugs, no peeling paint, showers are strong and water is clean. Very nice stay and I’ll be repeating when I’m in town every time."

The courtyard made me feel like I had stepped onto another continent, and I loved every bit of it. "Would love to see a restaurant added to the bar. Aside from that it was a wonderful place to stay!"

"The gym has several pieces of equipment that are broken, and the water dispenser has been out of service despite being reported multiple times with no action taken. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the bottom of the pool also needed cleaning. Overall, the property appears to be lacking in maintenance and upkeep. You get what you pay for."

"Great Hotel, perfectly located, but beware the parking. Hotel uses a public lot at $66/night. I walked inside just long enough to inquire if that was the only hotel option only to walk back out and find my car booted (10 min max). Hotel told me there was nothing they could do. $160. There are some temporary hotel spots to the left as you come in, but they aren’t obvious and easy to miss. Hotel needs to work this out. I was told by the Hotel that I was not the first."

"The toilet in my room did not work at all, when I let the girl at the front desk know(she was actually sitting in a sofa watching tv and playing on her phone in the lobby) that the toilet in my room did not work, she said “maintenance has left for the day, he will be back in the morning, but I will let management know” never said, let me put you in another room or anything. Then when I checked with the night shift staff, as I ended up leaving at 3am, the other girl had never even passed on that...

"Loved the history here. This place was very fun to stay at. Cats on property so cool. Staff was friendly and helpful with parking."

"I love the location and the uniqness of the hotel and the court yard was beautiful. The room was clean. The staff Jennifer was great she upgraded my room. She gave me some decent places to have drinks and dinner. She was very helpful. We did not have a balcony room. The only problem I had was there was a brown sweat on the ceiling and the plug is on both sides of the bed did not work."

"French Toast Cafe conveniently located near rooms and excellent place to dine. Bar is located by check in with a Happy Hour and friendly staff. Valet parking assistance available and helpful. Room is comfortable and beds and pillows were extremely comfortable."

"Pool was closed. Our check in time was 3pm. They said the room wasn't ready until 4:30. We couldn't use the whirlpool tub. Room was spacious and nice, however. They did give us a small discount on parking for the delay"

"Staying at Loews was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From arrival to departure, every staff member was welcoming, professional, and exceptionally efficient. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The location was ideal—close enough to easily walk to the French Quarter and other attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere. Five stars across the board. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...
