"Nice staff, happy atmosphere, feels like it had a lot more services years ago, so feels like it's half used... that said it's not trying to be anything it isn't, rooms clean, bed comfortable and sheets and towels cleaned everyday and location just off main road help with noise levels "

"Property in need of updating. This could be a really great place as it has so much potential. The pool sunbeds are so heavy you can’t move them and the sunlounger cushions are ripped and dirty. The pool was clean and it is a shame because replacing all the sun lounger cushions and the cushions outside the room on the balcony would make the place feel more looked after instead of shabby. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The shower is not seperate so the whole bathroom gets wet and slippy. Breakfast there was only 3 options to choose from. No breakfast station or options to get up and choose yourself. Location is good. "

"Superb villa with a great layput, spacious and well appointed with 3 overhead fans (bedroom, living area and outside seating areas). Staff very helpful, even let us in 2hrs ahead of check in time. Great decks below villas for snorkeling- swam with 2 Black Tip Reef Sharks whilst down... 1 adult about 5ft and one ypungster about 3 ft... amazing"

"The ocean view was absolutely incredible. The grounds are stunning and the staff is exceptional. We had a wonderful time staying here. There are many stairs, so be prepared for this each day. This place does require a motorbike, otherwise you will be spending a lot on taxis. The road is steep at places so experienced riders are better. "

"The room was clean but it really does need updating - paint peeling off the walls. The room was cleaned daily The breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for compared to other places we have stayed at and even though it was not great and very little Choice they still got it wrong. The beach loungers are falling apart But the one good thing it’s right on the beach and nice walk to pier area or Sairee beach. "
