"Mama Kim hosted us at her place as if we were from the family ! She has such a smiling face and so many nice attention that you forget about the language differences! She cooks as a chef, and her location is just amazing if you want to mingle with local people. We have also been on a fishing excursion organized by her, and it was so authentic. Such a pleasant moment ! I just regret that I couldn't stay longer !!"

"The place was ok & the fishing village was wonderful. The host invited me to share some dinners with his family & I thought that they were being kind, but in the end he said that I owed him money for the food. I wound up trading him for the two nights that I had paid for, but wasn’t there. I had to stay in Danang the 1st night because the speed boat to & from the island only goes in the early morn & I had to leave a day early because of a storm coming & no boat running. "This hotel has newly opened , it was the first week when I stayed and it is .beautiful - the location is so peaceful, but close enough to the action of Hoi An by Grab or Bicycle. The rooms are a really generous size and I particulary enjoyed the wall seperating bathroom & Shower as well as the lovely views to the mountains Everything is very thoughtfully designed, Staff are amazing and so helpful - organising bicycle hire for me and assisting with Grabs. Food - breakfast is fresh and healthy...

M HOTEL DANANG

10/10 Excellent

"Loved this hotel. Great location beautiful pool."

La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"We spent 3 nights at La Siesta, wished we had stayed longer - 5 nights would have been ideal. The resort is fantastic, amenities and staff can not be faulted. With four pools there are plenty of options to suit everyone’s needs. The resort is big enough to provide everything you need on holiday and never felt crowded. Located 15 minutes walk from Hoi An’s old town, everything is very accessible on foot, by bicycle or a very short Grab ride (getting around by one of the resorts bicycles is highly recommended if you’re comfortable on the roads!). 3 nights have us time to explore Hoi An by both day and night as well as some time to lounge about the pools. An extra 2 nights would have given the opportunity to visit A Bang beach and to delve deeper into the old town’s street food and coffee. Our host Sang was incredibly welcoming from the minute we arrived providing many recommendations for our time in Hoi An, she also checked on us each morning during breakfast to make sure we had everything we needed. We will certainly be back"

HOTEL ROYAL HOI AN, The Legacy by the River

10/10 Excellent

"The room we had was riverside, excellent views. Beautiful and clean. Lots of space. All the staff in the hotel were amazingly friendly and helpful. Bikes into town were available all the time. Shuttle to the sister resort at beach was great. Breakfast was abundant. Lots of options. It did get a little noisy at times from the bikes and cars beeping their horns at the junction that the hotel is on but not overbearing. The pools at the hotel were great. Beautiful views from the roof top deck bar and pool area. So close to the town centre of old town. Walked in every day. We would definitely stay again"
