"Pool was green and dirty so we couldn’t swim, the refrigerator in the room had been leaking for a while and the floor was warped. We had four people in our room. They gave us three towels. We asked for another towel and they told us we couldn’t have one unless we brought dirty towels to them. Icemaker didn’t work. Floor felt gritty and dirty in the room."

"Everything is old in there. Hallways smell like dog pee. Bugs were found in beds. Roaches were walking on the walls in bathroom. Place does not look anything like the pictures shown."

"Everything was HORRIBLE. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they gave me smelled heavily of cigarettes. There was a burnt crack pipe on the floor, cigarette burn holes in the bed, and the overall condition was unacceptable. I asked to be switched to another room, and while they did move me, the second room had a random man’s dirty clothes left inside. I asked for the room to be cleaned and for the sheets to be changed, but they never changed them becauseI ended up doing...

"This property needs walk in tubs. For vertically challenged customers, climbing in a tub that is two and a half feet of floor is a hazard."

"The room had clean sheets but the blankets had holes in them and there was roaches everywhere the ac unit on the wall was also leaking water the bathroom was stocked but besides that it was very poorly maintained wouldn’t book here again"
