"The hotel staff I encountered were welcoming and friendly. However, the rooms are in need of renovations. There was no chain or any way to secure the door from the inside. The A/C is not working properly. There is no way to control it. I tried several things and it stayed the same and I was hot all night. The black out curtain is torn and not functioning. There is no tissue paper in the dispesner and no soap in the shower dispenser. "

"Honestly, what a gem of a place! Lovely neighbourhood with a huge supermarket and very easy to navigate metro station. The very lovely staff member on reception was very quick to upgrade us when I asked if the bed could be split into two for myself and my son. Instead we move to a two bedroom apartment on the top floor where we could sleep separately - this was very much appreciated! The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. "キッチン付きの宿に泊まりたかったのでこちらを選びました。部屋のグレードや宿泊日数により掃除の頻度などが異なるようなので予約時に確認をお勧めします。最寄駅のラデファンスは市街地から多少離れていますが、観光の中心になるメトロ1を初め、RER A, Eが利用できます。駅から徒歩15分程度ですが、パリには珍しく、駅から宿までほぼバリアフリーで、スロープやエスカレーターで荷物を運んだ到着することができます。"
