"Very clean, comfortable and convenient location."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel looks like it needs some maintenance. The door to our bathroom stuck in the doorframe. The sink faucet was the loudest I've ever heard (I nicknamed it Niagara Falls). There is only one hook to hang anything, no towel racks. The toilet paper holder is in an inconvenient place, it is hard to reach. And lastly, the tub floor is slippery and there's nothing to hold on to, not good for seniors. Not trying to nitpick, but all these little things add up....
