Beyond that, everything is very basic (small towels, no tissues in the room, no storage space, etc). My biggest "complaint" was that although we were in a no smoking room on a no smoking floor our room smelled like smoke every night we walked in (and weed at least once). "The stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The pictures online were misleading, and the actual room looked nothing like what was advertised. There was no privacy at all — the room had only thin blinds with no curtains, and anyone outside could easily see in.
