"The room was big. One of the elevators was broken, so there was one elevator servicing the whole building. I was on the sixth floor, otherwise, I would’ve taken the stairs. The parking lot had dirt piles and construction cones in some of the parking spaces."

"The staff and everyone that worked here were very professional, very pleasant and welcoming. The amenities are great. The hot breakfast was delicious and changed each day I was here. The evening social hour with nachos and hot cheese was fun. And good. Everything was very clean. My room and my bed were very comfortable and clean. It's beautiful. There are pine trees right out your window. It's unusual right in town like that. I enjoyed it here and I plan to come back next time I'm in the area."

"The airport shuttle was handy, but the driver did not help with the luggage. When we went to shower, there was no body wash in the container. The new plastic bags for the garbage were left in the room and not put in the garbage bins. We were offered a new room, but that was very inconvenient. The room otherwise was very lovely- the beds were most comfortable, the noise level very acceptable, everything clean, and the coffee, microwave and refrigerator amenities appreciated."

"The fact that they charge for parking and breakfast are just a flat out money grab. The girls/women at the front desk were bland and uninterested in general. BUT, the girl doing the breakfast service in the morning is the saving grace here. She is friendly, helpful. kind and knowledgeable. Keep her...toss the rest."
