"Ac unit was loud. Parking is trash. Plus an additional$12 for parking!? When you can’t even park near your room!? Paying $12 to park IN the hotel parking lot is stupid. Just add $15 to your over all price. Also, the HOLD they put on your card ($150) in addition to the room!? What a joke. Total was$350, and I had to wait 3 days for the bank to “release” the hold. I will never stay there again. "

"An absolute nightmare and deeply disappointing experience at this location, involving three different rooms, none of which met basic cleanliness standards.
Room 1: Encountered hair on towels and bedding, plus visible footprints on the floor.
Room 2: The refrigerator and phone were broken. Turning on the AC produced a heavy musty smell, and the pillow was stained with ink. When I brought the pillow to the front desk, the staff was hostile and dismissive.
