"No mention of construction or work on the website, however the banging went on all night. I’ve stayed at the hotel many times before, I enjoyed a quick stay most times, this time, I didn’t get any sleep and got burned in the shower. Their mixing valve was malfunctioning."

"The safe didn’t work in the room, there was trash in the pool area. I paid for breakfast but the second day we were not allowed in the restaurant for breakfast. I, then, asked for my money back for the breakfast I paid and they would not return my money. They sad I needed to contact Orbitz."
