We were lucky enough to have one of the large rooms, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing! The hotel is bit difficult to find as the signage is very discrete."

We were put off by this until we discovered that this is pretty much a universal thing in France that Jacuzzis are unheated. "It wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience. It can be seen like it from the way is advertised and looks on pic. The room was small, no proper mugs for coffee in the room just paper one ( no milk sachets provided either which with the amount of English tourists visiting ( drinking tea with milk ) is kind a strange). Cleaning issue in the bathroom especially around the edges of the shower. Room was not cleaned one day at all. Second day cleaned only partially ( bed was made but bin not emptied and dirty...

Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"When we checked in we were told there was no hot water and they had booked us into their sister hotel (which was not a 5 star hotel!). Staff were apologetic and accommodating but it wasn’t a great experience and when we asked for a delayed check out (from 11 to 12) we were refused by the hotel we were in on the advice of the originally booked hotel. Because it was prepaid through Expedia there was nothing they were willing to do re refunding the difference in rooms. The breakfast was very good...

"You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine."
