"Everything was great. Really near the gate to the old town and lovely staff. Wish that they could put a phone or plug socket near the bed. Other than that minor irritation, we enjoyed our stay. The terrace was a lovely place to relax in the sun. "

The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. "The hotel is in a great location. Parking just outside the walls with someone to shuttle our bags. It was a nice place but the front desk people were not helpful. We asked about restaurants and they seemed confused about actually recommending one. They also didn’t want to call and make a reservation for us. When asked about surrounding wineries the one desk guy actually said he had no “knowledge of anything outside the Cité.” Breakfast staff were grouchy both mornings. Bed was extremely hard...

"The property is beautiful and is right in the old city. The room was good size and had a large bathroom. We had a lovely view of the hotel gardens. The pool area was especially nice. It was a little confusing for us to figure out exactly where to go to be transferred to the hotel. All the staff were very friendly,helpful and professional. Some of the carpets are showing their age and could us an upgrade. We would certainly stay there again."

"The hotel is very convenient for accessing the fortress, shops & restaurants. It is right across the street from the wall & very close to the gate without the long uphill walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean. The shower was a little small but fine & there was also a free standing tub. We would definitely stay there again."

"Ein sehr netter Empfang durch Dominique . Er hat uns alles super erklärt und eine perfekte Empfehlung fürs Abendessen ausgesprochen . Der Tip war perfekt . Unser Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und das Frühstück von Dominique perfekt zubereitet , ließ keine Wünsche offen . Super ist die Lage vom Hotel nur fünf Gehminuten von der historischen Altstadt entfernt und es war perfekt , dass wir unser Auto auf dem Grundstück der Villa , abgeschlossen und sicher abstellen konnten 👍 "
