"Very disappointing experience. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and we found cockroaches on the bed while sleeping, along with other bugs on the walls."

"Great price and nice hotel. Was an easy 30 min drive to downtown Nashville."

"my husband fell on a huge water puddle located at the top of their stairs and he slipped down the steps injuring his back. I have not been refunded. We also noticed a woman smoking in her doorway next to ours and suspicious guests watching us as we entered our room. I voiced my concerns to the staff as we had our infant with us and this was not a family friendly hotel. We checked out immediately"

"Area was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was terrible which is one reason we stay at quility inns the worst we've ever had."

"You get what you pay for"

"The rooms were clean and modern, the king bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was convenient with a good variety each day, but the real superstar at this location is the staff. All of them. Kudos to the manager who is hiring and training them! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us."

"The room was clean and met expectations except the TV was impossible to operate and made trying to watch anything less than relaxing. The staff didn’t offer us our complimentary “beverage” and we had to go back and ask- to which she replied, “oh yea- grab you a bottle of water over there.” Most upsetting was that they charged $100 “security deposit” and said if everything was okay it would probably take 3-5 business days to be credited back to our account!!! We would have walked out right then...

"Very clean property. Not fancy but good breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Only reason not 5 stars is the property could use a few updates, but really a solid place for a short stay."

"This is probably the best place to stay in my opinion when visiting Springfield. It's off the road just a bit so the rooms are quiet and there is plenty of parking and you feel very safe here. The rooms are what you would expect and the breakfast is pretty good. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back here. All good!"

"Property is well kept. Always clean and spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Property check into a room that was used and not cleaned. There was no breakfast as was indicated. Not recommend for anyone"

"The checkin and checkout was fast and smooth. The breakfast was wonderful. Miss Heather was so sweet and my family and I loved her. This was the first time staying here. Will definitely be staying here again."

"Check in staff was great!"

"Great staff and very clean"
