"The room was comfortable, large, and clean. It has air conditioning which was essential for us as there was a heat wave. Large bathroom. Outlets at bedside. Nice amenities. Coffee/Tea/water/cookies in room. There is a small fridge but it wasn’t very cool. Lovely view. Friendly staff. Nice lounge and bar. The restaurant was being renewed so food options weren’t great. "It was a big room that was reasonably well maintained. There was coffee and tea, as well as toiletries in the bathroom if you wanted to use. Not too badly located, about a 7 minute walk into the town centre."

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! What a delight! The bath prioriy is Charming s, beautiful, well appointed, and has really very helpful and kind staff. I will be kind and not tell you the hotel I was originally in, but it was horrible. The bath priorit is fantastic! The Spa was an added benefit as are the beautiful gardens! "Great staff and a friendly welcome made my one night stay quite enjoyable. The food was great both in the evening and morning especially being sat outside on the terrace next to the River Avon which was a very pleasant experience. It was extremely hot weather during my stay and the current lack of AC made sleeping difficult especially with the large noisy room fan provided.
