"Broken pool shower. Wasn’t able to rinse off.
Cigarette butts around pool. Dirty floor around pool.
Staff wasn’t cleaning our room at all. They just made our bed, no shower gel refill and no obvious trash removal.
Our room on 14th floor was outdated with ceiling paint flaking. Sofa was dirty and outdated like from 90s. Dirty carpet. Bathroom fan was working 24/7 which made sleep terrible . Was overall kinda ok, but will not come back."

"First time at this hotel and the stay was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only one minor thing that caught my attention, we heard noises in the elevators, it was jolty and had small delays. Then I noticed the DIR inspection and they were expired in both elevators (one 2 years and the other 4) not sure if you want to get that looked at. But overall happy, thank you. I will definitely go back."

"Our room seemed clean, however whoever stayed in the room before us left their undergarments for us to find. The lobby was nice, but the pool and hot tub were small. There were only 4 lounge chairs and 1 dining table by the pool, so we had to wait until someone moved to set our things down. On checkout day, leaving the parking garage, we noticed 2 vehicles broken into. Don’t leave valuables in your car!"
