This was the worst’s place I have ever seen. Gave us a room we go to room and the beds are unmade… someone had been sleeping in them. Gave us second room it was nasty, smelled not vacuumed in a while the floor had so much stuff on it I was afraid to put my dog down. Never ever again. The place needed to be condemned people smoking pot and lord knows what else they may have been doin. I didn’t want to wait around to find out

We went for a concert they was having and it wasnt far from the hotel and places we wanted to go to, easy parking got to park in front of my door

Bad for business

Didn’t stay because of check in time. I traveled from PA and needed to sleep. I tried calling multiple times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone and the office was closed for over an hour. I chose to get a room elsewhere.

We got there later at night and the parking lot was already appearing unsafe. After we got up to our room we had no sheets on the bed. They told us no other rooms were available to they would clean ours. 30 minutes later after we got up to our room the sheets they had put on our bed were stained and there was food in the microwave. We then decided to leave and stay somewhere else. Would not recommend.

The 1st room was not ready ( l checked in after 3 pm), and the 2nd room the card did not work, the safety latch on the door was broken off. The toilet was so small , it like a childs toilet. They ice machine was broken ( wasn't giving any ice).

Customer Service Was Awesome As Always And Considering I'm Transgender MtF, I Felt Totally Safe And Never Had Any Discriminating Issues At All For The Entire Experience There. Thats Why I Only Stay At This Hotel In The Kanawha City WV Area And Not Any Others.
