"Room was clean when we arrived. Room should have been cleaned every day. It was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Other rooms were leaving trash bags in the hallway. Now I know why. We came back to the room as we left it. I got clean towels from desk clerk. A note was made to clean the room the next day. The next day, we were told there was only one cleaning person and they didn't know if they'd get to our room. It didn't get cleaned. Breakfast was minimal. They had cheerios in a bin....

"Did not get an opportunity to use the pool or fitness area. The kick back was nice, but not the best that we've had at Drury Inns. The kept up with a VERY busy breakfast crowd. We use the stairwell due to our dog, and it was not particularly clean."

"On a 10 day road trip and 10 different hotels, this was the best (most were all different branded hotels but similar rates). Super clean, great staff. Only gripe would be the breakfast; the eggs and sausage were the worst we had of our trip. Probably the cheapest powdered eggs and sausage available. I made a bagel sandwich to try to cover the taste, as i didn't want to pay for a breakfast elsewhere."

"Great experience here, was on a trip with my son and this was the 3rd hotel we had stayed at that week and by far the nicest and cleanest! Breakfast was great and loved that we were able to log in to our streaming services to watch a movie at night. Staff was also very friendly and helpful!"

"While staff were respectful, the desk manager absolutely refused to budge on a deposit fee. I understand that they have policies, but the entire conversation was purely transactional, not customer oriented. I had forgotten about the deposit fee and had spent essentially my last dollar to bring my fiance in from an 11 hour road trip. I hadn’t seen her in months. The desk manager refused to let me speak to the property manager to explain our situation, stating to either pay the deposit or cancel....

"When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long.
