Great place to recover from surgery at Kannapolis Medical which is minutes away. Clean, quiet and easy access to rooms on the first floor. Staff is kind and hard working. Mall and many restaurants nearby so hubby didn’t get bored. it all worked out great!

The hotel is a basic roadside hotel. It was clean and there had been upgrades. The bed and bath were fine but other furniture was worn. Breakfast was a very basic continental style. Since I was just stopping to sleep and get on my way in the morning, this hotel worked out just fine

I guess it is just what it is. The room was ok. My boyfriend had the worst allergic reaction as soon as he laid in bed. We had to spend the night at the hospital in the ER. When I checked out, later that day I realized I had left my camera inside the room. I called and they told me to call the next day after they cleaned the room and I did. They said the camera wasn’t there. I tried calling again for the next two days and they just said the room was cleaned that day and it wasn’t found and then after that 2 other guests stayed there. I think they were trying to blame the guests for my lost camera but if they cleaned before, they had to see it. I know it was there and it was worth a lot to me. However, the only good thing I have to mention is the hospital is very close and the check in and check out was smooth.
