"When I first got to the hotel I was told I couldn’t have my room even though I had already paid for it! I couldn’t understand the man at the front desk which was very frustrating. It was 1 am and he thought I was local so he wouldn’t left me have my room. After showing him my id and my friend talking to him 20 minutes later he let us check in after realizing we were not locals! The rooms were clean but basic the back side of the building is very noisy because of a warehouse beside it. The location was good the pool was getting maintenance done so it was closed. They did over a decent breakfast."

"You get what you pay for. The rooms are definitely clean the area is definitely safe and the Price is beyond reasonable. With that said the front desk is horrible the woman that was working on the day I stayed was a very monotone had no personality and definitely had no customer service appeal. She did not care for anything but stating the rules. I travel very often and I am not particularly picky in a crunch, as long as you give me a clean safe area.. I'm okay with a basic hotel; but customer service is important!!! This front desk clerk had zero and I mean zero customer service, it made it so distasteful almost sick to my stomach to stay there after dealing with her. Its not asking much to pretend to be good at your job."
