However, I saw other reviews stating that the hotel was quiet but this wasn’t my experience - you could hear a lot of other residents as well as some train noise. "Pros: free laundry, good location, quiet, modern design of building and rooms Cons: the shower is the badly designed and water goes on the floor, room and hallway smelled of food at times due to people cooking, layout of room is pretty awkward/tight and would be an issue for bigger people or those with mobility issues"

"The breakfast items were recycled, we could see the vegetables were not fresh. We were made to pay for coffee even though we were registered guests. The rooms are smaller than my cruise ship cabins"

"This is a modern hotel located in a new building near where the cruise ships dock. Large rooms with fully enclosed showers are very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is good but as others have commented, the breakfast room is too small for the crowds at peak times, and there is only one elevator for a six-story hotel. The rooms have fridges and microwaves, so you can take food to your room and enjoy it later. Staff is very good, although we had to ask at the front desk for more towels and coffee pods once or twice. These were found quickly and cheerfully. "
