"Hotel is in a great location. I found the room to be very quiet. Housekeeping did a great job. The wifi didn’t work during my stay. Messaged reception 3 times, no response. Went to the desk to be told no one else had an issue. Was emailed to say that I was to come to reception, quickly followed by another email to say that the internet was having issues because the hotel was fully booked. I had emailed prior to my stay requesting early check in - no reply back. In decades of travelling I’ve never had to pay to store my luggage in a hotel - before and after stay. It cost about 12 euros to keep my bag for a few hours. Staff didn’t know what size the lockers were or if I would need two. Person in front of me was allowed to store their luggage for a lower fee. I was given two different prices by different members of staff for early check in. You have to go to reception in person to request housekeeping. There are no black out blinds in the room, it’s lovely and bright but hard to sleep. No toilet paper in the public bathrooms. Overall just a really frustrating experience. Go with really low expectations and enjoy the amazing location."

"Pros: free laundry, good location, quiet, modern design of building and rooms Cons: the shower is the badly designed and water goes on the floor, room and hallway smelled of food at times due to people cooking, layout of room is pretty awkward/tight and would be an issue for bigger people or those with mobility issues"

"The breakfast items were recycled, we could see the vegetables were not fresh. We were made to pay for coffee even though we were registered guests. The rooms are smaller than my cruise ship cabins"

"This is a modern hotel located in a new building near where the cruise ships dock. Large rooms with fully enclosed showers are very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is good but as others have commented, the breakfast room is too small for the crowds at peak times, and there is only one elevator for a six-story hotel. The rooms have fridges and microwaves, so you can take food to your room and enjoy it later. Staff is very good, although we had to ask at the front desk for more towels and coffee pods once or twice. These were found quickly and cheerfully. "

"Check in is a pain in the rear end, but the bartender/ receptionist was very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a very weird and hidden place, and to have to pay for parking in an area like this is ridiculous! Unfortunately, this self service that is expensive trend is quite sadening. The rooms are like a dormatory and super basic with bed that remind me of my poor childhood. Definitely not worth the money..."

"My partner recently stayed here for work. He said the apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the station, which he required. He bought food essentials at the supermarket close by. He loved the apartment and would stay here again. Contact with Frederik for the check-in details and entrance information was seamless."
