"Very clean and friendly staff! Beds are very comfortable and great AC. Also in a nice location, next to good food spots! Room has a washer and dryer too which is nice. Definitely will be back!"

"Great location and wonderful staff."

Minor tweaks and changes: I think you should ditch the “fancy” shampoo and conditioner and use something like Head & Shoulders shampoo/conditioner combination—products that you have now destroyed my scalp. You could possibly improve your tv viewing package albeit—no one is going there to watch tv, lol. I brought my Roku...

"The whole experience was amazing!"

"Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and it was perfect having a washer and dryer in the room. Beds were comfortable. Great location to American Village, beautiful view of the water."

"Like it w/ Laundry, clean room specially the shower/ tub almost as big as the room"

"I REALLY want to give this place a 5-star review but I just can't in good conscience. The highlights were that the unit was very clean and we felt completely safe. The kitchen area was a little tight but very usable and the kitchen was stocked with enough equipment to make it usable. The room was a perfectly adequate size for the two of us and had a beautiful view of the harbor. The bathroom was sparkling clean and very functional. The TV was clear, bright, and easy to use. So, why not 5...
