"We stayed for one night in the family suite. Big living space and 2 good sized bedrooms with aircon in each room. Kitchen facilities as well. Plenty of parking. Easy self service check-in.
Breakfast was included in our rate. Not a buffet style but plenty of breakfast provided which was continental.
Location quiet but a bit out from the centre. We decided to get a uber there and back as it was supposedly a 20 + min walk to the old town.
No on site staff, however all communication was excellent....

"En arrivant sur place nous découvrons le Chateau de Ré, la propriétaire était là pour nous accueillir, un accueil chaleureux nous avons pu connaître l'historique du Château et elle répondait avec plaisir à toutes nos questions. Chambre salle de bains sanitaires le tout très propre et bien agencé et décoré. Un succulent petit déjeuner avec produits locaux
Si nous revenons dans la région c'est sans aucune hésitation que nous relogerons au Chateau de Ré"
