"This property is a long way from a true Hilton.. The walls are paper thin, you hear every thing and I do mean everything! No microwaves, or coffee pot in the room. The smells from paint to pot are all abound. Lets talk about the dogs, I love animals, but sometimes they need to stay home. They ranged from poodles to labs and yes they barked. "This place looks fun and shiny. Don’t look too close cause you can see the age. The floors are thin. People were walking overhead all night and highway is loud. Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel with no one overhead. This was Best western at its best."

"Since this appeared to be a refurbished older property at a really good price, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was completely updated, large, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was good, the pool was sparkling, and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Friendly staff. Very helpful. Rooms were large with NO carpet which lends to cleaner rooms. Breakfast was ok but could have offered healthier choices. I would stay there again. Convenient to highway and attractions."

"The breakfast buffet was great, the bed comfortable and the room was very clean. The only amenity I would have liked was a microwave, since we went out hiking and exploring, frequently picked up dinner and we had no way to heat it up. Seems like it was a room upgrade if you wanted a microwave. But the staff was helpful and the location was very central to Town and the Biltmore Estate. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn."

"This my second stay at Cedar Crest. THe first time I was on the 1st floor. This time I was on the 3rd floor. I think I would prefer a lower floor. My only suggestion is the breakfast never changes and by the 3rd morning, I was ready for a change"

"Property was destroyed damaged and disgusting. Looks like they have full time residents there in there lowest level. The smell is overwhelming of smoke even though the desk says no smoking. They gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned and had bodily fluids everywhere. We got out of there quick, I was asked for pain killers by the hotel residents. Expedia was quick to refund us after some communication."
