"Good location, average service (staff has great attitude but for example coffee at breakfast comes very late and cold, so a coffee staion might help). The beach and sea were the biggest disappointment. We chose this hotel largely based on the positive beach reviews, but during our stay the weather created very large waves and it was impossible to swim at all. I wanted to mention this so future guests are aware that the sea conditions may not always match the expectations created by some of the reviews. The food was also average. For instance, we ordered Pad Thai on the beach and the noodles were overcooked and clumped together like a cake."

"My 4th stay here. Great location on the beach and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. All staff polite and smiling. Two lovely pools. And friendly squirrels if you have nuts!"

"Everything was great, very pleasant and helpful staff, nice pool, close to the beach, good breakfast. Only problem was there was no Wifi connection in my room (which also meant no TV). It turned out ok, I did my work in the breakfast room after breakfast each day, but it was an inconvenience. "

"The resort is very nice but room for improvement. Nothing is ideal here for anyone handicapped; the walkways are uneven with interlocking set in sand, there are stairs to every building but no ramps anywhere, the bathroom showers have deep step-in tubs without any safety grab bars, the beach is multi level to the shore and the pool has no stairs into the shallow end with only a ladder to climb from the deep end. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection to chose from, the disappointment was in the daily juice, it wasn't fresh and tasted like an instant syrup water mixture. All the staff were very pleasant except the one woman that works at the front desk, she was never interested in hearing about a problem or working out a solution - very abrupt and not interested in offering any customer service - she should not be dealing with the public. "

"This hotel was nice and the staff were lovely. I just wanted to note that the beach is NOT accessible from this hotel, at all. If you want to go to the beach you need to walk down a road and then run across a 4-lane highway, and then there is no path to the beach, you need to jump over a fence and go through someone’s yard. There is a white gate that supposedly is open but wasn’t the whole time we were staying there, and even if it was open, you still need to run across the highway and walk through long grass. If you’re not concerned about going to the beach, or running across a very busy highway, then this hotel might be perfect for you, but if you want to go to the beach, and have young kids, then I personally wouldn’t recommend it, and I wish I had know that getting to the beach would’ve such a dangerous trek. They do have a nice pool and it was fun to hang out at the pool instead, although I’m sad that we couldn’t have gone to the beach. "
