Water is provided daily and breakfast was included as well as a 20% discount when eating at Dr. Frog's (on property dining and bar which was quite good). Some units require the use of steep stairs, and some tile work shows signs of age. "A few minutes from the beach, lots of restaurants around. Quiet place in a noisy area, beautiful garden and swimming pool (pool rules, especially about diving, could be better enforced). The villas are spacious, spotlessly clean with a feeling of luxury (loved the wooden floor and furniture). Would need more cupboards to store our clothes. The breakfast is simple but good with quality ingredients. Additional services like airport transfer are overpriced."

"Outstanding rooms- like your own apartment with the ability to cook your own meals. Their breakfast buffet is great. Their coffee is excellent, including awesome espresso from quality beans and expertly made. Laundry by the kilo is inexpensive. Renting motorbikes is inexpensive. Their restaurant and bar area is beautiful and on the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly. When I return to Koh Samui, I will stay here above anywhere else. All staff put the customer first in this outstanding...

"Nice resort on beachfront. We had a superior Seaview room which was very comfortable. Glad we didn’t take a bungalow as we were told they were noisy with lots of mosquitos. Lovely pool with lots of sun lounges and more sun lounges on the beach. Close to everything including shops restaurants and food markets. Enjoyed staying here and extended our stay for another 5 nights."
