"The hotel is set in a fantastic location overlooking the sea, with a lovely beach right on the doorstep. The grounds have a beautiful tropical feel, with plenty of plants and trees, which creates a sense of seclusion, particularly around the villas and the beachside pool. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay — always friendly, helpful and welcoming, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection of options as well as freshly cooked eggs, pancakes and other dishes available to order. We ate twice at the premium restaurant, Tawann, and on both occasions the food and service were excellent. We would highly recommend eating there. Our villa was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately it felt somewhat dated and shabby in places. For example, the curtains looked grubby and in need of a clean, while one was also ripped. As a result, the room didn’t quite feel up to the standard we would expect from a five-star property. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The location, beautiful grounds, excellent staff and quality of the food were all highlights. However, the property would benefit from some investment and modernisation to bring the rooms and facilities up to the five-star standard they are aiming for."

"Great place and wonderful location. However, the beds are like lying on concrete! A soft bed topper would be a simple option for those who prefer a softer bed. Lots of mosquitoes in the area so take your spray. The beach is wonderful and the massages great. Loved the food too."

"Clean rooms and excellent staff. Great location with good access to beach and amenities. Restaurant food was amazing. So fresh and clean. The restaurant was also affordable. Healthy breakfast options. Perfect resort for couples. It is a health resort so if you want to chill, eat well and rejuvenate it is the perfect spot. Bars, restaurants and everything else is just a short walk away. I will definitely go back."

"The room had a great view and balcony to enjoy a morning cup of tea. Staff were always available to help as needed and the food was good. I loved the location as it was quiet, further down the beach from some of the busier spots. But also close enough to walk to another beach bar. It has a nice pool area and we were able to rent a scooter on site. I would stay again."

"The staff were friendly especially the catering staff. Resort restaurant not open some nights, but night markets only 15 minute walk away and many small restaurants nearby. resort very quiet in off season. Beach in front of resort not worth trying to swim at it’s very shallow and a lot of reef much better to walk 15 minutes up the beach."

"In my opinion the nicest beach in Samui and the perfect location for laid back travellers who still like the option of a quick ride into the more bustling areas. Right between Chaweng and Lamai and right on the beach. The hotel is pretty uptight with keeping non guests out of amenities which is understandable and which means sometimes you may be questioned coming in or looked at by security if it’s late but otherwise the staff are lovely. Rooms are great and spacious my lock didn’t work for my room because it had been oxidised from the ocean but I didn’t realise until my last night and everything else was working great. The bar serves up some good food and Thai breakfast was a great addition. The food for dinner and lunch does have quite small portions. A great place to stay in Samui if you love to swim in the ocean all day and escape from the party scene at night"
