"We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! The resort is in a great location with easy walking access to nearby restaurants or shops, if you want an alternative to the in-resort dining. It is also in a slightly quieter area of Lamai, which is what we wanted. Our airport transfers were seamless, the room was very clean, and the room access to the pool was fantastic! "We stayed in the Malee room (1 Bed Grand Pool Villa) and it was exceptional. It is exactly like how the pictures show. The staff are very accommodating and always looking to help. The property is located up a hill which makes the views exceptional. This also makes it a bit harder to move around as you can't walk to places but there is a free shuttle service to two beaches which mitigates most of that inconvenience. Overall a great luxury property."

"Resort had zero atmosphere. Staff seemed disinterested and very unprofessional. The bar was never attended and when asking for a drink you had to go into the kitchen to where they were all sat with faces glued to there phones. Breakfast was the same everyday and was always greeted with "what eggs do you want" rather than good morning. I would definitely recommend not staying at this resort."
