"When you have 2 to 3 inches of space to go from the entrance to the kitchen bc the space between the bed and the wall... after a couple of the days just get annoying... road noise sucked too... you have to purchase your own laundry soap... will not stay in the same place again,,, in the pictures looks good... real life not soo good... 2 elevators that fit 2 people.... for the whole time we were there only one was working... Thank you BR Flabio"

"Only stayed one night but my sister & I really enjoyed our stay. Staff on the front desk were welcoming, friendly & attentive at all times. The afternoon cream tea was a nice suprise, thank you & such a lovely way to chill & relax. We will definitely stay again."

"Beware of booking the Superior Queen Room - there are several interior facing rooms at the property that don't look like the advertised photos online at all. The rooms are extremely small and overlook mechanical equipment so there's zero natural light. The bathrooms are also extremely small (about 40 sq. ft) and can only accomodate one adult at a time."

"I was mislead by the address . It was not an accurate location . And I wasn’t informed that the studio was in a deep basement with many steps . It was hugely inconvenient . I left it after two days to a hotel ."
