"This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. "Great people, they so nice and GAYS COMMUNITIES"

"Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going."

"Amazing stay! Everything was so beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Super helpful my husband is amputee and they helped make everything smooth and easy. Helped provide us with activities and transportation. The food options were so amazing! Noriku was out favorite spot!"

"Excelente lugar"

"We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kai Tulum to anyone visiting the area!"
