"The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

"Great location and decent room, although small but you get what you paid for! Only issue I had was a movement sensor light in the kitchenette that seemed to turn on at any movement, situated right near the bed. As someone who tosses a lot when they sleep, it was a bit annoying to have it turn on several times lol But still enjoyed my stay and will stay at Bob W again soon!"

"There was confusion regarding check in as they don't have a front desk. Was unsure how to access the unit until the moment we arrived. Had to ring a doorbell and an employee came. They then give you codes to get in. Not sure what would happen after hours or late on weekends as I don't think anyone is there. Other than that the neighborhood is good and safe. The unit was very clean but very basic. Could have used a coffee table. The roll out "bed" was horrible though. It more of a roll out chair....

"God beliggenhet og stor leilighet. Pent og moderne. Ikke så praktisk med dårlig vifte nå i den voldsomme sommervarmen, skulle hatt en bedre vifte. Fikk heller ikke innsjekkingsinformasjon, så måtte ringe for å både finne frem og komme oss inn. Men de på telefonen var veldig hjelpsomme. Ville ha bestilt igjen😊"

"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"Room was very clean and it was in a great location. We had some challenges getting into the room on two occasions due to Internet issues. We would only return if we knew we were on 1st floor or basement. Navigating stairs to third floor with luggage was challenging."

"Studio extremely noisy due to proximity with road and entrance but also can hear everything happening with next door neighbor and upstairs neighbors. Didn’t sleep at all"

"Good neighborhood, close to the tube station and groceries. Very easy to get around and to find it in the first place. Excellent communication with host. The apartments are VERY old - small holes in the walls, a missing frame around the door, stains on the couch, a shower head that isn’t working properly, sharpie stains on the dining room table, a wobbly fan etc. Lovely apartment, nice decorations just old and worn. The noise in the building is unbelievable though. You can hear everything and...

"Quartier tranquille et proche des transports en commun. Les lits étaient confortables. Nous avons manqué de papier de toilette et il était trop tard pour nous rendre au 109. Une vrai cafetière, sel, poivre et sucre auraient été agréable. Sinon rien à dire, nous avons apprécié."

I left my new Kindle in the room and after emailing the hotel they confirmed they had it and packaged it up for me so I could arrange a collection with Royal mail. I received it back after 7 days. "We did like the location a lot. The place was nice but be aware the it is on the 3rd floor( USA 4th Floor 😉) and no elevator. Also it was hot in London (July 2026) and no AC and in the apt was only a small fan. Small windows that you can only open a 1/4.."
