"Everything was great! Room, staff, amenities. Special thanks to the doorman Yuvraj for sourcing an umbrella for me multiple times. To anyone going for a US visa thing (bio, int). It's a bit of a pain to walk to the consulate/biometric place because roads are dug up. But not too bad, about 15 minutes of a walk, faster if you can hail transport and pay without a phone. Please leave your stuff at the hotel, locker situation is dicey."

"Due to the Indigo flight chaos, we reached Chennai very early around 8:30 AM, instead of our scheduled 3:00 PM check-in. She arranged an early check-in within 30 minutes, provided breakfast access, and ensured everything was handled smoothly. The entire process was stress-free after a very tiring journey. "I really enjoyed my stay here. It had everything I needed. The room was large and clean. The WiFi worked well. The pool was nice - if a little on the shallow side. I got the half board package which I really recommend. The food was nice enough. The gym only has one machine so if someone else is using it then you are stuck. All in all reccomended."
