"Of course! Here’s a polished version:
My stay at the hotel was exactly as advertised. The room and the entire building were exceptionally clean. I had excellent communication with the management via WhatsApp; every day, they checked in to see if anything needed attention. They took care of daily laundry, fresh sheets, and towels. We even needed an outlet adapter, and they provided one free of charge. They also brought our luggage down from the second floor, which was a big help. Everything was...

"UH Suite made our stay comfortable. The front desk is great at communicating and were quick to respond. We had a few requests for our group and they were so accommodating and helpful to us. I also appreciated that they helped set up our groups private transportation to the airport.
The suite itself provides all essentials to make it homey - fridge/freezer, microwave, glassware/plates. We were a group of 4 so having two bathrooms helps a lot, the suite size is just enough room despite all of...

"The rooms are exactly as they appear in photos. The exterior is not much to look at and it's nestled in a cluster of other hotels and businesses which makes finding it a little tricky. But once you get into the room you feel at home.
The room came with plenty of towels and amenities. Kitchen had everything we needed including small plates, coffee cups, wine glasses, utensils and a water kettle.
The property always has someone on site to handle requests or questions.
The only suggestion would...

"My 10-day stay at L7 was amazing! The staff were wonderful and very professional, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The location is excellent too, with great restaurants and shopping right nearby at COEX Mall. It also made a great base for exploring the rest of Seoul, from Hongdae and Itaewon to the trendy shops of Seongsu-dong. Some of my favourite finds were the Korean taco pie at Ho Gwa Dang Tiger Pie House and the coffee at Grey Penguin. I'll definitely be back!"
