"The manager, Matt, was especially helpful & friendly. Check in was quick and welcoming. Had 2 Queen bedroom on top floor overlooking the Thames. Room was very nicely decorated, has 3 mirrors, beds excellent, lots of room. Walk in shower and bathroom good size. Many large, beautifully decorated rooms to eat in and a large patio on the river front. Lots of entertainment by the various birds on the river. By far the best hotel we've stayed in for years."

"The staff friendly and helpful, drawback was no availability for breakfast or evening meals, some sites still show them doing food.
However did recommend a couple of places to visit, found a lovely cafe about 150-200 yards around the corner for breakfast."

"Room was small but clean with a comfortable bed and big tv.
Shower was powerful enough with plenty hot water - slight issue with attachment holding shower head in place as it kept falling down - maybe needs replaced.
These rooms always have an issue with hanging clothes. Maybe needs some new ideas for this.
Overall though would stay here again."

"Honestly I will stay here if I go to London..its basic, but comfortable. We had a twin room with my daughter and I. Bathroom had a lovely shower, daily housekeeping, and convenient location near Kings Cross. Ask for a room on the lower level. A bit of noise from above but nothing too bad..will stay again."
