"I had the room on the first floor with the rooms that opened on to the street. It would have been nice to know that it could be incredibly loud at night. Perhaps I miss this information when I was booking but - - if I didn't -- this might be good to disclose."

"Driving through the area and needed to stay overnight to take the Amtrak Auro train the next day. I wanted to see the property in person and the area prior to booking. Location was safe, located by a lot Of food options. Now don’t expect the Ritz Carlton, this hotel serves its purpose clean, comfy bed, safe, nice people working there. I have to say you can tell they pay attention when cleaning rooms extremely clean but of course normal wear and tear. The noise of doors shutting and loud people...

"This hotel is located in a suburb, yet they charge $30/night for self-parking. My keycard did not open the gate as I was told it would, and since the entrance gate was stuck open, others used the same lot for free that I was charged for. Overall, room was updated and clean, but the bathroom fan was quite loud and needs replacement. Staff was polite, but not overly welcoming."
