"We had a one night stay with the family, the welcome pack was fantastic, private secure parking, great communication. Highly recommended, would defiantly stay again if in the area."

"The apartment was okay. Conveniently located for us to walk to town and visit family. We found it a little weirdly set up with things we didn't need, the steamer, the steps, the printer. But we couldn't use the oven - it smoked and the shower was bizarre and we could have used some instructions as it just wouldn't get to a comfortable temperature. We were also a bit put off by the dirty sponges left in the bathroom. Dont think we would stay there again."

"Turned up to the hotel to be told we didn’t have a booking. Zero empathy or customer service. I had driven 3 hours and myself and my 1 year old had no place to stay and hotels.com weren’t able to relocate us so had to drive home. "
